Terms of Service

Win The Build provides custom website design, logo and brand identity, Google Business Profile setup, local SEO, lead automation, CRM setup, and review generation services for contractors and home service businesses. The specific scope of work for your project is defined in your proposal or invoice.

Website, logo, and branding projects require a 50% deposit to begin, with the remaining balance due before launch or final file delivery. Monthly plans are billed in advance on a month-to-month basis and may be canceled with 30 days' written notice.

You agree to provide the materials we need to complete your project — including your logo (if you have one), job photos, a list of services, your service area, and any other content we request — in a timely manner. Project timelines depend on how quickly this content is received.

Most websites launch in 2–4 weeks, depending on project scope and how quickly we receive your content. We'll keep you updated throughout the build and flag any delays as they come up.

Once your project is paid in full, you own your website, domain, and final logo files. We never hold your assets hostage. Hosting, CRM, and automation services continue only while a monthly plan is active and end when the plan ends.

Win The Build is not liable for lost revenue, missed leads, or business outcomes resulting from factors outside our control, including but not limited to search engine ranking changes, advertising platform policies, or third-party service outages. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in question.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of [State], without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts located in the State of [State].
