Refund & Cancellation Policy

A 50% deposit is required to begin every project. The deposit is fully refundable if the project is canceled before design work begins. Once design work has started, the deposit becomes non-refundable. The remaining balance is due before launch or final file delivery.

Monthly plans are billed monthly in advance. You may cancel anytime with 30 days' written notice by email. There are no refunds for partial billing months, and there are no long-term contracts.

Please contact us by email before filing a dispute with your bank. We respond to billing inquiries within 2 business days and work in good faith to resolve any dispute.

To cancel or request a refund, email us with your business name and request. We'll confirm receipt and walk you through any next steps.
